Diane Blaas School Of Dance

Diane has taught dance in the Illawarra area for over 20 years. She is a Royal Academy of Dancing and Ballet Australasia and National Dancing Association of Australia Registered Teacher. She is also an Adjudicator and has judged many competitions and scholarships over the years.

Diane offers classes in:

• Classical ballet (R.A.D.)
• Tap
• Jazz (B.A.L.)
• Contemporary
• Hip-hop (Street Funk)
• Scottish Highland Dancing
• Pre-school classes in Ballet, Tap and Jazz.
• Adult Classes in Tap and Jazz.

The students are tutored for exams if requested, for Eisteddfods and competitions or just for recreation and fun. Diane's dancers are often seen dancing at community festivals and functions. Diane provides the opportunity for all her students to perform at an 'End of Year Performance' usually held in October at the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre, Wollongong.

Diane's Studio is situated at the rear of 16 Albert St, Corrimal. It is 580 squares of wooden floor and divided into two studios with mirrors and bars. It has off street parking for approximately sixteen cars.

The studio has a waiting area for parents, change rooms for students, toilets and shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
