Diane offers classes in various styles of Dance

CLASSICAL BALLET:

Classical Ballet is an excellent base for all styles of Dance. Diane teaches the R.A.D. (Royal Academy of Dancing, London) syllabus from Pre-Primary to Advanced Level.

TAP:

Diane offers classes from Beginners to Advanced Level. Students can be trained for Ballet Australasia Limited Tap Exams on request or students can dance for recreation only.

JAZZ:

Diane offers classes in Jazz from beginners to Advanced Level. Again, B.A.L. Jazz exams can be taken by arrangement. Diane keeps up-to-date with current Jazz work by attending Workshops herself and by arranging for guest teachers and choreographers to come to the studio to work with her students.

CONTEMPORARY:

Diane offers Contemporary classes for junior and senior students. This is a specialised dance style and students need a strong technical background to do these classes.

HIP-HOP (STREET FUNK):

This is a fun style of Jazz dancing. Hip-hop is available for junior and senior students and incorporates some acrobatic tricks in this dance style.

SCOTTISH HIGHLAND:

This is a traditional style of Scottish Dance. All the traditional dances such as Highland Fling, Gillie Callum (Swords dance) etc. are taught. Students can be prepared for competitions or N.D.A.A. Highland exams or students can just dance for fun.
